<br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of
<br />January 3, January 9, January lO and January LI, 1961, rea~ing of the
<br />Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Counci]m-n Hubbard,
<br />seconded by Brewer and carried.

<br />paid by A1 and Blanche M. Bruning, in the amount of $1,934.42, as their share of
<br />

<br />This being the date set for hearing to vacate a portion of North Garnsey Street
<br />south of Seventeenth Street; no protests were received and the hearing was closed.
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Councilm~n Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 61-12 ordering vacation of a portion of
<br /> North Garnsey Street south of Seventeenth Street"
<br />
<br />and the ownens of property abutting the portion of North Garnsey Street in
<br />
<br />agreed with the City of Santa Aha that they would pay to said City the amount of
<br />
<br />$516.00, which is the determ!ned value of the municipal water line leading from the
<br />
<br />water main in Seventeenth Street to and into said portion of North Garnsey Street,
<br />
<br />and further agreed that said owners would construct sidewalk, curb and gutter
<br />
<br />across Garnsey Street at its intersection on the south side of Seventeenth Street
<br />
<br />to line up with present in place construction and would provide for necessary
<br />
