<br />Th · Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, the following Resolution entitle
<br />
<br />"Resolution No. 61-34 concerning parking limitations and curb
<br />markings in accordance therewith"
<br />
<br />establishing No Parking Zones on the north side of McFadden Avenue, between Graham
<br />
<br />Lane and Bristol Street, and on the south side of McFadden Avenue, between Extended
<br />
<br />East property line on Graham Lane and Pacific Avenue, for crosswalk protection,
<br />
<br />as recommended by the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />follOWing vote:

<br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr.,

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the request of

<br />Mrs. Lynn H. Crawford was denied for special parking provisions for the Visiting
<br />
<br />Nurse Association of Orange County, Inc., 1202 No. Broadway.

<br />The Manager requested that the 1960-1961 Budget be revised, and on motion of Coun-'
<br />
<br />ci]m,n Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the Mid-Year Budget Revisions as
<br />
<br />submitted, effective February 1, 1961, were approved as follows:
