<br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, the best bid of
<br />Larson Equipment Company was accepted in the amount of $4,420.00 and Remote Control
<br />with 35 feet minimum cable and hand control box to he provided for operation of
<br />all boom control for the additional sum of $715.00, in the combined total amount of
<br />$5,135.00, and all other bids rejected.

<br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 334, filed by Ray
<br />McCoy, amending Sectional District Map ll-5-10, Exhibit AA 334 A, to reclassify
<br />from the C-1 to the C-2 District property described as that area on the north Side
<br />of First Street beau*sen Forest and Western Avenues; no protests were received and
<br />the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and
<br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
