Noble Company was accepted at the unit prices and in the total <br /> <br />amount of $29,042.00, and all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented for One Hydraulic-powered Crane, Specification <br /> <br />No. 623-15a, as follows: <br /> <br />Calavar Corporation <br />Santa Fe Equipment Co., Inc. <br />McCabe-Powers Body Company <br />Larson Equipment Company <br /> <br /> Total <br />$ 6,226.48 <br /> 5,964.~ <br /> 4,839.64 <br /> 5,135.00 <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Heinly and carried, the best bid of <br />Larson Equipment Company was accepted in the amount of $4,420.00 and Remote Control <br />with 35 feet minimum cable and hand control box to he provided for operation of <br />all boom control for the additional sum of $715.00, in the combined total amount of <br />$5,135.00, and all other bids rejected. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 334, filed by Ray <br />McCoy, amending Sectional District Map ll-5-10, Exhibit AA 334 A, to reclassify <br />from the C-1 to the C-2 District property described as that area on the north Side <br />of First Street beau*sen Forest and Western Avenues; no protests were received and <br />the hearing was closed. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code <br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application No. <br /> 33~ and amending Sectional District Map ll-5-10 (Exhibit <br /> AA 33~ A)" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being th~ date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 337, initiated by <br />the planning Cr---~ission, l~oposing to amend Sectional District Maps 17-5-9, 18-5-9 <br />and 20-5-9, E~hibit AA 337-A, to reclassify frcm the R-1 to the M-1 Dis~rict, <br />property described as that area bounded by McFadden Avenue on the north, the Sou- <br />them Pacific Railroad tracks on the west, a line approximately 996.78 feet south <br />of the center line of McFadden Avenue between the S.P.R.R. and Grand Avenue, and a <br />line approximately 1326.78 feet south of the center line of McFadden Avenue between <br />Mc~lay Street and the east City Lfm~t east of the center line of McClay Street ex- <br />cepting therefrom a parcel of land approximately 423.50 feet by 99° feet, located <br />at the southeast corner of McClay Street and McFadden Avenue; no protests were <br />received and the hearing was closed.
