<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper officials

<br />were authorized to execute the following agreements:

<br /> With Flood Control District, dated February 6, 1961, for the constructic~ of
<br />portion of East Garden Grove-Wintersburg Channel from Newhope Street to the south
<br />side of Chapman Avenue, Project C-55 and
<br />
<br /> With Flood Control District, dated February 6, 1961, for the constructi~ of
<br />the portion of the Santa Aha Gardens Channel from its confluence with the Santa
<br />Aha-Delhi Channel to the south side of Delhi R~a~, Project F-2.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Gould and carried, proper officials

<br />were authorized to execute agreement with Richard V. Muriso~, dated February 6, 19

<br />for off-site sanitary sewer connection on Washington Place from Grand Avenue to a
