RESOLUTION NO. 82-119 <br />Page three <br /> <br />(e) BUILDING RECORDS REPORT. <br /> <br /> Whenever a request for documentation by a written <br />report or for information necessitating a search of documents, <br />records, or plans, a fee shall be assessed in an amount suf- <br />ficient to'reimburse the City for actual costs incurred by <br />the City, but in no case shall be less than fifteen dollars <br />($15.00). <br /> <br /> (f) DEPARTMENTAL APPROVAL FOR BUSINESS CERTIFICATE OF <br /> OCCUPANCY. <br /> <br /> Whenever a Business License Tax application requires <br />processing by the department for approval of a Business Certificate <br />of Occupancy, a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) shall be <br />paid ~to the Finance Director when the application is filed <br />a~nd deposited by him into. Revenue Fund 11-417. <br /> <br />(g) DEMOLITION PERMIT. <br /> <br /> The fee for a permit to demolish a building or <br />structure shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). <br /> <br /> (h) APPLICATIONPROCESSING.AND PLANCHECKING FEES. <br /> <br /> An application processing fee and planchecking fee <br />shall be paid to the Director at the time of submitting plans <br />for checking. Such fee shall be equal to sixty-five percent <br />(65%) of the building permit fee as set forth in this resolution. <br /> <br />2. SPECIFIC CODE FEES-AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />A. BUILDING CODE. <br /> <br /> Any person desiring a permit required by the Building <br />Code, shall, at the time of filing an application therefore, <br />pay a fee as required by this section. <br /> <br /> The determination of total valuation shall be made <br />by the building official. The value to be used shall be the <br />total value of all construction work for which the permit is <br />issued as well as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, <br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing <br />systems and any other permanent equipment. <br /> <br /> <br />
