RESOLUTION NO. 82-135 B Page two (c) The sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption at the proposed market pursuant to this minor exception will not violate any regulations or conditions of the zoning chapter of the municipal code nor adversely affect the general plan of the city. (d) For the reasons set forth in Initial Study No. 82-62, the negative declaration prepared for this project, with its finding that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment, is hereby approved. 2. Minor Exception No. 82-19 is approved to allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site comsumption at a neighborhood convenience market to be constructed on the subject property, subject to the following limitations, requirements, and conditions: (a) That development be according to the approved site plan, except for minor modifications approved by the Director of Planning and Development Services. (b) That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved by the Director of Planning and Development Services, including the provisions of Section 41-618 of the Municipal Code, prior to issuance of a building permit, and that landscaping be implemented in accordance with such approved plan prior to a utility release and be continuously maintained thereafter. (c) That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance with the stahdards of the Planning and Development Services Department. (d) That a plan for the screening of mechan- ical equipment and appurtenances be sumitted to and approved ~ b~ the Director of Planning and Development Services prior to issuance of a building permit and that such screening be installed and maintained in accordance with such approved plan. (e) That development be in ac6ordance with all building safety and fire protection code requirements.
