RESOLUTION NO. 82-135 B <br />Page two <br /> <br /> (c) The sale of beer and wine for off-site <br />consumption at the proposed market pursuant to this minor <br />exception will not violate any regulations or conditions of <br />the zoning chapter of the municipal code nor adversely affect <br />the general plan of the city. <br /> <br /> (d) For the reasons set forth in Initial <br />Study No. 82-62, the negative declaration prepared for this <br />project, with its finding that the project will not have a <br />significant effect on the environment, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Minor Exception No. 82-19 is approved to <br />allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site comsumption at <br />a neighborhood convenience market to be constructed on the <br />subject property, subject to the following limitations, <br />requirements, and conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That development be according to the <br />approved site plan, except for minor modifications approved <br />by the Director of Planning and Development Services. <br /> <br /> (b) That a landscape plan be submitted to <br />and approved by the Director of Planning and Development <br />Services, including the provisions of Section 41-618 of the <br />Municipal Code, prior to issuance of a building permit, and <br />that landscaping be implemented in accordance with such <br />approved plan prior to a utility release and be continuously <br />maintained thereafter. <br /> <br /> (c) That any trash areas be enclosed in <br />accordance with the stahdards of the Planning and Development <br />Services Department. <br /> <br /> (d) That a plan for the screening of mechan- <br /> ical equipment and appurtenances be sumitted to and approved <br />~ b~ the Director of Planning and Development Services prior <br /> to issuance of a building permit and that such screening be <br /> installed and maintained in accordance with such approved <br /> plan. <br /> <br /> (e) That development be in ac6ordance with <br />all building safety and fire protection code requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
