RESOLUTION NO. 82-159 <br /> <br />act or authorization of the City do all things and execute <br />all instruments and documents required to be done or exe- <br />cuted by such absent or disabled officers. <br /> <br /> 3.06 Effective Date. This Resolution of Issuance <br />shall take effect upon adoption. <br /> <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, held on the 6th <br />day of December, 1982, by the following vote~ to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: Acosta, Bricken, Luxembourger, McGuigan, Serrato <br /> <br />NOES: Markel <br /> <br />ABSENT: Gri set <br /> <br /> The foregoing resolution is hereby approved this 6th <br />day of December, 1982. <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />Gordon Bricken, <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />~Clerk of the Council <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and <br />correct copy of a Resolution duly passed and adopted by the <br />City Council at a regular meeting thereof, now a matter of <br />record in my office. <br /> <br />Dated this 6th day of December , 1982. <br /> <br />the Council <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
