REL:adg <br />3/88 EXHIBIT A NOT ATTACHED TO RESOLUTION 1/19/83 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83- 15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT NO. 82-17 TO ALLOW AN ARCADE <br />WITHIN A RESTAURANT ON PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 2130 SOUTH BRISTOL STREET <br />WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on <br />January 17, 1983 on Conditional Use Permit Application No. <br />82-17, to allow an arcade within a restaurant on property <br />located at 2130 South Bristol Street in the C2 District, and <br />more specifically located on the map attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated herein, said application having <br />been brought before this Council by Appeal No. 477, <br />following its denial by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, prior to taking action on the said <br />application, this Council reviewed and approved the negative <br />declaration (I.S. No. 82-133) prepared for the project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />hearing, this Council finds and determines as follows: <br />(a) The proposed business will offer the <br />neighborhood and the community a desirable service by <br />providing a popular recreational use. <br />(b) The proposed use is located within an <br />enclosed building and will have no adverse impacts on the <br />nearby areas. It will not create any risk to people in the <br />vicinity. <br />(c) The proposed use will comply with the <br />regulations and conditions specified in Chapter 41 of the <br />Municipal Code. <br />(d) The allowance of the proposed use will not <br />adversely affect the general plan designation of General <br />Commercial. <br />2. Conditional Use Permit No. 82-17 is hereby <br />approved, subject to the following limitations, requirements <br />and conditions: <br />
