REL:adg <br />1/20/83 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 83-18 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA: <br />1. That this Council does hereby find and determine <br />that those certain recordings, maintained by the Clerk of <br />the Council, which are specified and listed hereinbelow, all <br />of which are more than two years old, are no longer required <br />to be maintained by the city, and, that the written consent <br />of the City Attorney to the destruction of the same has been <br />filed with this Council, to wit: <br />REEL-TO-REEL TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE <br />FOLLOWING CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS: <br />January 7 and 21 (2 tapes), <br />February 4 and 19, 1980 <br />March 3 and 17, 1980 <br />April 7, 15, and 21, 1980 <br />May 5, 12, and 19 (2 tapes), <br />June 2, 16 (2 tapes),'21 and <br />July 1, 14 (2 tapes), and 21 <br />August 4 and 18, 1980 <br />Q1 <br />1980 <br />24, 1980 <br />( 2 tapes), 1980 <br />September 2 (2 tapes) and 15 (2 tapes), 1980 <br />October 6, 1980 <br />November 3, 17 (2 tapes), and 22, 1980 <br />December 8 and 15 (2 tapes), 1980 <br />2. That this Council does hereby authorize and <br />approve destruction of said records, pursuant to the <br />r- <br />
