RESOLUTION NO. 2003-014 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. <br />2002-03 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 1242 WEST RAYMAR STREET <br /> <br />kdo/01/24/03 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2002-03 seeking to divide one parcel into two <br />lots at 1242 West Raymar Street came before the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana for a public hearing on February 3, 2003. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on January 13, 2003, on Tentative Parcel Map No. 2002-03 <br />and unanimously voted to recommend that the City Council approve <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2002-03 as conditioned. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana determines that the following <br />findings have been established: <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements are consistent with the Low Density Residential land <br />use designation of the General Plan and are otherwise consistent <br />with all other elements of the General Plan and any applicable <br />specific plans. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision creates two conforming lots <br />consistent with the Low Density Residential designation <br />provisions and the Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br />requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes, as well as other <br />applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision conforms to the minimum lot size <br />and street frontage requirements, as well as meets the letter <br />and intent of the State of California Subdivision Map Act <br />provisions and the Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-014 <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
