REL:adg 9/22/83 RESOLUTION NO. 83-122 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING A SPECIFIC PLAN FOR THE FRENCH PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT WHEREAS, a proposed specific plan for the French Park Historic District has been approved by the Planning Commission after duly noticed public hearing in the manner required by law, and is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council; and WHEREAS, prior to approving said Specific Plan the City Council has reviewed and considered the information contained in the negative declaration (Initial Study No. 83-85) prepared for said project, and, on the basis, thereof finds that the approval of said Specific Plan will not have a significant effect on the environment; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing in the manner required by law, has determined that the adoption of the said Specific Plan is necessary for the systematic execution of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. On the basis of Initial Study No. 83-85, the negative declaration prepared for the French Park Historic District Specific Plan is hereby approved. 2. The French Park Historic District Specific Plan is hereby approved and adopted. The Clerk of the Council is hereby directed to endorse the said Specific Plan to show that it has been adopted by the City Council and to retain the same on file in her office.
