E. The CITY will enter into a Financial Assistance Agreement with the County <br /> of Orange to assure the grant funds are used for the Project. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby: <br /> <br />Approves the filing of an Amendment increasing local assistance <br />funds from the Roberti-Z'Berg-Harris Urban Open Space and <br />Recreation Program under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean <br />Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 in the <br />amount of $1,000.000. <br /> <br />Certifies that the Applicant has or will have sufficient funds to <br />operate and maintain the project(s). <br /> <br />Appoints the City Manager or the Director of the Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Agency, or their designee, as agent for <br />the City of Santa Ana to conduct all negotiations, execute and <br />submit all documents including, but not limited to applications, <br />agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, which <br />may be necessary for the completion of the aforementioned <br />Project. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
