RESOLUTION NO. 2003-019 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br />OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO EXECUTE ALL <br />PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS REQUIRED BY <br />ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT FOR <br />STATE FUNDED PROJECTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />2/11/03LS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines and <br />declares as follows: <br /> <br />The State of California has enacted legislation by which certain State <br />funds are made available for use on local transportation facilities. The <br />funds are made available under various programs defined in the State's <br />Local Assistance Program Guidelines. <br /> <br />The execution of the "Master Agreement - Administering Agency-State <br />Agreement for State Funded Projects" and this resolution authorizing the <br />Executive Director of the Public Works Agency to execute all program <br />supplements are necessary in order the City to receive and administer the <br />funding for the design and implementation of the projects. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Clerk of <br />the Council to execute the "Master Agreement - Administering Agency-State Agreement <br />for State Funded Projects". <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City Council hereby authorizes the Executive Director of the Public <br />Works Agency and the City Attorney to execute all program supplements required by the <br />"Master Agreement - Administering Agency-State Agreement for State Funded Projects". <br /> <br /> Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2003. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-019 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
