RESOLUTION NO. 84-7 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />(h) Moving Expense <br /> <br /> The city shall pay for all reasonable <br />and necessary moving expenses incurred by <br />said officer in relocating from the State of <br />Michigan to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />(i) Housing Expense <br /> <br /> Said officer shall receive, as additional <br />compensation, the following: <br /> <br /> i. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars <br />($15,000.00), tax free, which shall be used <br />in a suitable manner only for housing ex- <br />penses incurred by said officer within the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> ii. The city Shall assist said officer <br />as reasonably required, so that said officer <br />may obtain one hundred percent (100%) financing <br />for a home of his choice to a value of Two <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); any <br />value in excess of said Two Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($200,000.00) shall be the sole <br />responsibility of said officer. <br /> <br />(j) Sick Leave Benefit <br /> <br /> Said o~fficer shall receive the same sick <br />leave benefit, upon the same terms and conditions, <br />as provided the class designated as Executive <br />Management, provided, however, said officer <br />shall receive immediate credit for one hundred <br />five (105) days sick leave. <br /> <br />(k) Severance Benefit <br /> <br /> The prov:isions of Santa Ana Charter <br />Section 500, as the same now reads, are <br />incorporated iherein and made a part hereof <br />by reference. <br /> <br /> In the event said officer is termin- <br />ated from employment by action of the <br />City Council, said officer shall receive <br />the following severance benefit: <br /> <br /> <br />
