RESOLUTION NO. 2003-024 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. <br />2003-02 FOR THE 8.75 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT THE WESTERN TERMINUS OF GARRY AVENUE <br />BETWEEN THE SANTA ANA RIVER AND SHANNON <br />STREET <br /> <br />bk:02/08/03 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />Tentative Parcel Map No. 2003-02 seeking to create an industrial <br />condominium type development at 4042 West Garry Avenue came before <br />the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for a public hearing on February <br />18, 2003. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on February 10, 2003 on Tentative Parcel Map No. 2003-02 <br />and voted 5:0:1:1 (Nalle abstaining and Verino absent) to recommend that <br />the City Council approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 2003-02 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana determines that the following <br />findings have been established: <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and <br />improvements are consistent with the Low Density Residential land <br />use designation of the General Plan and are otherwise consistent <br />with all other elements of the General Plan and any applicable <br />specific plans. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision is consistent with the Industrial <br />designation and will have no adverse affects on the <br />surrounding industrial developments. <br /> <br />ii. <br /> <br />The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all applicable <br />requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes, as well as other <br />applicable City ordinances. <br /> <br />The proposed subdivision conforms to the minimum <br />development standards for the Heavy Industrial (M2) zoning <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2003-024 <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
