RESOLUTION NO. 84-56 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> (d) For the reasons set forth in the Initial Study, <br />the negative declaration prepared for this project, with its <br />finding that the project will not have a significant effect on <br />the environment, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. Minor Exception No. 83-49 is approved to allow the <br />sale of beer and wine for on-site consumption at a restaurant <br />on the subject property, subject to the following limitations, <br />requirements, and conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) That development be according to the approved <br />site plan, except for minor modifications approved by the <br />Director of Planning and Development Services. <br /> <br /> (b) That any trash areas be enclosed in accordance <br />with the standards of the Planning and Development Service <br />Department. <br /> <br /> (c) That development be in accordance with all <br />building safety and fire protection code requirements. <br /> <br /> (d) That the business remain licensed by the State <br />as a bona fide eating establishment. <br /> <br /> (e) That a landscape plan be submitted to and <br />approved by the Director of Planning and Development Services <br />and that landscaping be continuously maintained in accordance <br />with the approved plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
