All parking spaces located outside of a building shall have the following <br /> minimum dimensions: <br /> <br />Spaces not alongside a wall <br />or obstruction <br /> <br />9' 0" wide x 20' 0" long <br /> <br />Ail parking spaces located within a building shall have the following <br />minimum inside dimensions: <br /> <br /> Each space adjacent to <br /> another with no intervening <br /> obstructions <br /> <br /> Any single space separated <br /> by walls or other obstructions <br /> <br />Each parking lot shall provide handicapped spaces consistent with the <br />requirements of state law.~ The size of each space must be 14' x 20'. <br /> <br />9' 0" wide x 20' 0" long <br />9' 6" wide x 20' 0" long <br /> <br />Handicapped Space <br /> <br />Number of Parking S~aces <br /> <br />1 1- 40 <br />2 41- 80 <br />3 81- 120 <br />4 121 - 160 <br />5 161- 300 <br />6 301- 400 <br />7 401 - 500 <br /> <br />2 for each 200 additional spaces <br /> <br />Parking lots shall be designed to provide complete on-site vehicle circula- <br />tion. Lots shall be designed to assure that vehicles need not back out of <br />the lot onto the street. <br /> <br />The minimum width of aisles required for access to parking spaces varies <br />with the parking angle and the width of space.
