REL:3d <br />11/30/84 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84- 153 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY TO <br />DISTRIBUTE UTILITY USERS TAX REFUNDS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Southern California Gas Company, by letter <br />greement dated November 13, 1984, has expressed its willingness to <br />dminister refunds of Utility Users Tax revenues in accordance with <br />he refund of certain amounts collected by said company from its <br />ustomers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires that the Southern <br />alifornia Gas Company administer said Utility Users Tax refunds <br />n accordance with the said letter agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />~F THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Southern California Gas Company <br />s hereby authorized to distribute Utility Users Tax refunds on <br />~ehalf of the City of Santa Ana in accordance with the abovesaid <br />etter agreement, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this ]0th day of D~c~mber , 1984. <br /> <br />DANIEL E.
