RESOLUTION NO. 86-~ ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-110 ~) ADD SEVERAL NEW CLASS <br />TITLES AND PAY RATES TO I~E LIST OF PART-TIME CLASSES <br />OF EMPLOYMENT CONTAINED IN THE CI~f'S BASIC CLASSIFICATION <br />AND COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 2, 1982 the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 82-110 revising and re-establishing the basic <br />Classification and Compensation Plan for Officers and Employees of the <br />City of Santa Ana; and ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City <br />of Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and n~intain <br />a position classification and pay plan subject to civil service rules <br />and regulations and the approval of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has from time to time amended said <br />Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired <br />classes of part-time employment <br />cormnunications operation. <br /> <br />to classify and compensate certain <br />utilized in the City's video <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3.5, Part-Time and Temporary Rates, of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding, <br />in proper alphabetical sequence, the following class titles at the <br />hourly rates of pay as next thereto set forth: <br /> <br />Class Title <br /> <br />Hourly Rates <br /> <br />CATV Assistant I $ 6.50 - $ 7.00 <br />CA~W Assistant II 7.50 - 8.00 <br />CA'IW Assistant III 8.50 - 9.00 <br />CATV Associate I 10.00 - 10.60 <br />CATV Associate II 12.00 - 12.75 <br />CA~W Actor 10.00 - 12.50 <br /> <br /> 2.
