-- 077 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING THE CITY'S BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION <br />PLAN TO ADD THE NEW JOB CLASS TO CLASSIFY AND COMPENSATE <br />A NEW POSITION OF CABLE TELEVISION PRODUCTION COORDINATOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 2, 1982 the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 82-110 revising and re-establishing the basic <br />Classification and Compensation Plan for Officers and Employees of the <br />City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City <br />of Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain <br />a position classification and pay plan subject to civil service rules <br />and regulations and the approval of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has from time to time amended said <br />Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to properly classify and compensate a new <br />position authorized in the 1985-86 Annual Budget for the Cable <br />Television activity of the Communication and Marketing Division it is <br />now desired to establish a new class of employment at an appropriate <br />salary level. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3 of Resolution NO. 82-110, as amended, is <br />hereby further amended by adding, in proper alphabetical sequence, the new <br />class title of CABLE ~LEVISION PRODUCTION COORDINATOR and assigning <br />said new class to the following two-year salary adjustment schedule: <br /> <br />Effective Date <br /> <br />Salary Rate Range <br />NO.
