The premises consist of vacant uncompleted 17 unit <br />apartment structure, not constructed per code with no work <br />activity within the preceeding six (6) months; <br /> <br /> 3. The owner, Mr. Leonard R. Bedale, shall have 30 <br />days from receipt of service of this resolution or 60 days from <br />the date of adoption of same, whichever is earlier, to abate the <br />premises located at 221 S. Broadway, Santa Ana, by demolition; <br /> <br /> 4. In the event Mr. Leonard R. Bedale fails to abate <br />by demolition the premises located at 221 South Broadway, Santa <br />Ana, California, within the time period prescribed by this <br />resolution, the City Attorney is authorized to initiate legal <br />action to secure said abatement in the appropriate legal forum; <br /> <br /> 5. The Clerk of the Council is directed to serve a <br />copy of this resolution to the owner of record, Mr. Leonard R. <br />Bedale dba American Mortgage Company, 770 South Main Street, <br />Suite 150, Orange, California, by certified mail, return <br />receipt requested. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of February , 1986. <br /> <br />DANIEL E.
