Pay Cost of Water Service and Fire Protection <br /> Facilities. <br /> <br /> NOTE: Developer is advised to contact Orange <br /> County Sanitation District No. 2 for de- <br /> tails of connection to their sewer main in <br /> First Street. <br /> <br />FIRE <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The proposed market shall comply with all applicable <br />sections of the 1982 Uniform Fire Code, California <br />Administrative Code, and City of Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code which shall include but not be limited to: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Accessible hydrant(s) shall be provided and lo- <br />cated within 150 feet of all portions of exter- <br />ior walls on the first floor in conformance with <br />City Standards Numbers 403 and 423, revised. <br />SAMC Section 14-31 lO.301(c) amended. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Provide portable fire extinguishers. PFPA No. <br />10, UFC lO.301(a). <br /> <br />POLICE <br /> <br />Must comply with the provisions of Chapter 8, Article <br />II, Division 3 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, <br />Building Security Ordinance. This applies to all new <br />construction. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Exterior doorways shall be equipped with a light- <br />ing device capable of providing a minimum main- <br />tained one footcandle of light at the base of the <br />door. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />All walkways and aisles shall be equipped with a <br />'lighting device capable of 'providing a minimum <br />maintained one footcandle of light at the base <br />of the door. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />All exterior lights must be equipped with vandal <br />resistant covers. Lights shall not shine away <br />from subject property. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Open parking lots shall be provided with a min- <br />imum maintained one footcandle of light on park- <br />ing surface from dusk until dawn. <br /> <br /> <br />
