RESOLUTION NO. 86~5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE <br />ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA (GPA 86-3). <br /> <br />REL :k-5 <br />06/05/86 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commisison of the City of Santa <br />Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to <br />the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set <br />forth; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and considered the <br />initial environmental study and negative declaration prepared <br />for such proposed General Plan amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing, <br />concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General <br />Plan amendment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The adoption of the said General Plan amendment <br />will not have a significant effect on the environment, and <br />the negative declaration prepared for said amendment is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General <br />Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to redesignate the <br />area located at the northwest corner of Fourth Street and Grand <br />Avenue as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein, from the "Professional and Administrative Offices" land <br />use category to the "Mixed Use Corridor" land use category. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of <br /> <br />ATTE ST; <br /> <br />~e ir~eofC ' t~Ycounc/i~' ~ <br />COUNCI LMEMBE RS '. <br /> <br />June , 1986 <br /> <br /> Daniel E.
