NO. 86-73 A RESC~UTION OF SE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA kNA OVER~3LING CSJEC~IONS TO k~D CONFI~4ING THE REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE DIHECI~OR OF PUBLIC SERVICES ~ENCY PERTAINING TO THE COSTS OF WEED, M3BBISH AND GARBAGE ABATMMENT: MAKING, OONFIRMING ~ LEVYING ASSES~q~ENTS FOR ~3CH COSTS: ~ O~DERING A COPY THEREOF TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNI~ AUDITOR, ASSESSOR AND TAX COLLECTOR. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 16-55 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the Executive Director of Public Services Agency has submitted an itemized re~ort, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Council, showi~ the costs of ~eds, rubbish and garbage abat~nent actions carried out by the City of Santa Ana in front of or upon each individual lot or parcel of land where such ~rk ~s done; and WHEREAS, the Executive Director of Public Services Agency has given notice as required by law, in which the 21st of July, 1986 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. ~s fixed as the time, and 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Aha, as the place where any and all parsons interested in said re~ort might be heard; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at said time and place has received, heard, and considered said report and all objections thereto submitted by p~operty owners liable to be assessed for the abatement, and directed such modification of said re~ort as it has deemed necessary; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: Each and every objection to said work and the costs thereof is hereby overruled; said report, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Council, is hereby confin~ed; the ~ost of abatement ~Drk done in front of or upon each lot or parcel of real property, as shown on said report, is hereby made and confirmed as an assesement against such lots or parcels respactively; said assessments are hereby levied, and shall constitute liens on the respective lots or parcels of real property shown on said report until paid.
