RESOLUTION NO. 86-84 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION 82-110 TO DELETE ONE CLASS TITLE AND <br />CHANGE SEVERAL CLASS TITLES CONTAINED IN THE BASIC <br />CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-MANAGEMENT <br />~4PLOYEES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 2, 4982 the City <br />Resolution No. 82-110 revising and <br />Classification and Compensation Plan for the <br />the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br />Council passed and adopted <br />re-establishing the basic <br />Officers and Employees of <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 4004, Article X of the City Charter of the City <br />of Santa Ana requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a <br />position classification and pay plan subject to civil service rules and <br />regulations and the approval of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has from time to time amended said <br />Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, with the adoption of the annual budget for Fiscal Year <br />1986-87, the City Council authorized certain organizational and staffing <br />changes which affect several class titles in the basic classification and <br />compensation plan for non-management classes of employment contained in <br />Resolution 82-110; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend said Resolution to delete, <br />add and change several class titles affected by said organizational and <br />staffing changes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 3 of Resolution 82-110 is hereby further <br />amended by: <br /> <br />a. Deleting the class title of Staff Writer/Assistant; and <br /> <br /> b. Changing the following class titles as indicated at no <br />change in currently assigned salary levels= <br /> <br /> From <br /> <br />Code Enforcement Coordinator <br /> <br />Community Preservation Coordinator <br /> <br />Community Preservation Supervisor Community Preservation <br /> Inspector II <br /> <br />Community Preservation Inspector Community Preservation Inspector I <br /> <br />Cultural Events Coordinator <br /> <br />Community Events Coordinator <br /> <br />Cultural Events Aide <br /> <br />Urban Forester <br /> <br />Community Information Officer <br /> <br />Community Events Aide <br /> <br />Landscape Development Associate <br />Public Information Officer <br /> <br /> <br />
