REL:adg-2a <br />10/28/86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-103 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING <br />A FEE FOR THE COORDINATION OF <br />DEVELOPMENT PROCESSING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has provided for the <br />coordination of review and decision-making and the provision <br />of information regarding the status of all applications and <br />permits for developments by its Planning and Building Safety <br />Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council determines it to be nec- <br />essary and appropriate to charge fees to defray costs which <br />are directly attributable to the coordination of the applica- <br />tions of developers by a single administrative entity; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. As to any development project having a total <br />valuation (as determined in accordance with building permit <br />fee assessmen~s~ of .$20,000 or more, the appl~agt for such <br />perm~ ~i pay, together with and in addition to any and <br />all other building permit fees, a "development processing <br />coordination fee" to defray costs which are directly attrib- <br />utable to the coordination of the applications of developers <br />by a single administrative entity within the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br /> <br /> 2. The abovesaid "development processing coordination <br />fee" shall be in the amount of three-tenths of one percent <br />(0.3%) of the total valuation of the development project as <br />determined in accordance with building permit fee assessments. <br /> <br /> <br />
