RESOLUTION NO. 86-109 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />Measure L <br /> <br />Shall sections 600, 601 and 608 of <br />the Charter be repealed to eliminate <br />obsolete provisions pertaining to <br />the establishment of the property <br />tax rate by the city council? <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the results of the said election, including the <br />whole number of votes cast in the City, the names of the persons <br />voted for, the measures voted upon, for what office each person <br />was voted for, the number of votes given at each precinct to <br />each person and for and against each measure, and the number of <br />votes given in the city to each person and for and against each <br />measure, are set forth in that certain document attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as though <br />fully set forth. <br /> <br /> 2. That, based upon said results, the following persons <br />are declared elected to the following respective offices, for <br />four-year terms commencing on the date of adoption of this <br />Resolution: <br /> <br /> RON MAY, Member of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana from Ward 2. <br /> <br /> MIGUEL PULIDO, Member of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana from Ward 4. <br /> <br /> DAN YOUNG, Member of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana from Ward 6. <br /> <br /> 3. That the votes of a majority of all the voters voting <br />at said election on Measure G were cast in favor of said ballot <br />measure, and said ballot measure is hereby declared to have been <br />approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
