RESOLUTION NO. 85-125 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> 3. The City Council certifies that said agency has or will <br />have sufficient funds to operate and maintain the project; and <br />if the project is selected for state grant funding~ <br /> <br /> 4. The City Council certifies that said organization will <br />provide construction plans and specifications to the state within <br />one year of the appropriation of funds under this program and <br />will commence work immediately after state approval. <br /> <br /> 5. The City Council appoints the City Manager as agent <br />of the City of Santa Ana to conduct all negotiations, execute <br />and submit all documents including but not limited to applica- <br />tions, agreements, amendments, payment requests, and so on, <br />which may be necessary for the completion of the aforementioned <br />project. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 215t day of 0ct0ber , 1985. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Daniel E.
