REL:adg-22 <br />10/29/85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 85-132 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE SOUTHERN <br />CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY TO DISTRIBUTE UTILITY <br />USERS TAX REFUNDS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Southern California Gas Company, by letter <br />agreement dated October 17, 1985, has expressed its willingness <br />to administer refunds of Utility Users Tax revenues in accordance <br />with the refund of certain amounts collected by said company from <br />its customers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires that the Southern Califor- <br />nia Gas Company administer said Utility Users Tax refunds in <br />accordance with the said letter agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that the Southern California Gas Company <br />is hereby authorized to distribute Utility Users Tax refunds on <br />behalf of the City of Santa Ana in accordance with the abovesaid <br />letter agreement, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 4t, h day of Nnv~mh~.r , 1985. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~/~nice C.
