REL: jd(38) ****RECINDED BY RES. 87-44'?** 4/13/87 ' ' 155 RESOLUTION NO. 87-3] A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OP SANTA ANA (GPA 87-1) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and considered the initial environmental study and negative declaration prepared for such proposed General Plan amendment; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- ing, concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said Gen- eral Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA as follows: 1. The adoption of the said General Plan amendment will not have a significant effect on the environment, and the negative declaration prepared for said amendment is hereby ap- proved. 2. That certain map entitled "General Plan Amendment 87-1," on exhibit to this Council at the time of this Council's consideration of this Resolution, is incorporated herein by reference. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to desig- nate or redesignate those areas of the City of Santa Ana corre- sponding to the colored portions of said map to the land use designations set forth on said map. Those areas of the City of Santa Ana corresponding to the uncolored portions of said map retain their current land use designations under the General Plan as previously amended.
