RESOLUTION NO. 87-43 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT <br />NO. 35 TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07- <br />5063 FOR FEDERAL-AID SAFETY FUNDING FOR PROJECT <br />PMS-000S(245) PAVEMENT MARKINGS FOR VARIOUS CITY <br /> STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has <br />identified improvements in traffic safety as a Transportation <br />objective of highest priority; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding in the amount of <br />$18,913 has been approved and allocated for implementation of <br />such improvement project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no City-matching funds are required. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha resolves that Supplement No. 35 to Local Agency/State Agree- <br />ment No. 07-5063 shall be executed. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this ]St day of June 1987. <br /> <br />Daniel H. ~o---~g <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Janl6e ~.
