STRATEGIC PLANNING RETREAT <br /> <br />The chair created an ad hoc Task Force to review the authority of the <br />program committees and job description of Empowerment Zone Manager. <br />The Task Force will return in September with recommendations on <br />general role description for board, city and committees. The members of <br />the ad doc Task Force are Paul Garza, Fernando Cibrian, Linda Sanchez- <br />Valentine, David Ream and David Armijo. <br /> <br />The acting chair created an ad hoc Taskforce to review and develop <br />recommendations on the priority of goals. They will report <br />recommendations at the regularly scheduled meeting of September.
