TWO CLASS <br /> TI~.~-~ F~iM THE FO~ER ASD ADDING TH~4 TO ~qE LAT~R. <br /> <br /> ~nT~EAS, c~ August 2, 1982 the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resoluticn No. 82-110 revising and re-establishin~ the Basic <br />Classifi~ticn and C~nsaticn Plan for officers and Enployees of <br />the City of Santa Aha; and <br /> <br /> ~IqEREAS, c~ July 7, 1986, the City Council passed and <br />adopted ~esol uti~n No. 8~-59~ r~.-establ ishin~ the Basic <br />Classifica~icn ~nd Cc~pensa%l~n Plan for classes gf _e~.~t <br />designated as ~represented executive and mlddle-n~nageme~t; .and . <br /> <br /> ~%'~q~REAS, Sectic~ 1~04, Article X of the City Charter of the <br />City of Santa Aha requires the City Manager to prepare, install and <br />m~intain a positic~ classification and pay plan subject to civil <br />service rules and regulations and the approval of the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, a classificaticn and c~,~e~saticn study requested <br />by departments and c~nducted by Hun~n Resources Agency staff <br />rec~m~nded a change in the e~ploymant categories of the <br />classificatic~s of Psychologist and Park and Lands~pe Planner, and <br /> <br />C~,~ensati~n Oa~,~.~ ttee <br />these changes; and <br /> <br /> City's Management Cla ssific~tic~ and <br />has reviewed and recc*,,~nded approval of <br /> <br /> ~, in order to impl eme~ the findings and' <br />rec~,~ndaticns of the Management C~assificati~ and C~£~e~satic~ <br />C~,~Jttee, it is now desired to amend Resoluticn No. 82-110 to <br />delete the said class titles and to amend Resoluti~a No. 86-59 to <br />add two class titles with appropriate salary ranges. <br /> <br /> NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ~0UNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA AN~ <br /> <br /> 1. That Sectic~ 3 of Resolutic~ No. 82-110 the City's Basic <br />Classification and CG~uensatic~ Plan for ncn-management employees as <br />amanded, is hereby further amended by deleting the class titles of <br />PBYC~OLOGIST and PA~K ASD LANDSCAPE ~. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 3B of Resolution No. 86-59, the Basic <br />Classificatic~ and C~ensatic~ Plan for Unrepresented Managem~t <br />Employees, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows: <br /> <br />339 <br /> <br /> <br />
