Deleting the incentive pay differential designation <br />"(b)," pertaining to Paramedics (Civilian) who obtain a license as a <br />Registered Nurse; and <br /> <br /> b. Adding the following assigrm~ent pay differential <br />designation: <br /> <br />"(i) <br /> <br />Incumbents in the classes of Senior Office Assistant, <br />Secretary, Secretary to the Police Chief, Senior Secretary <br />or Executive Secretary who are assigned by a department <br />head, with the prior approval of the City Manager, to a <br />position requiring the ability to take dictation at a rate <br />of 70 words per minute or better on a regular basis or as <br />an essential or integral element of the work of the <br />position, will be paid a monthly differential of sixty <br />dollars ($60) above his/her base monthly salary step for <br />each full month (At least eleven [11] working days) of such <br />assigrmaent." <br /> <br /> 3.
