269 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-40 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Dept. and Miscellaneous <br />Fee or Service <br /> <br />Unit Charge <br /> <br />Hazardous Materials Release Response Plans and Inventories <br /> <br />Range Determination: <br /> <br />For the purposes of this Resolution, each business in the City of Santa Ana <br />which is required to submit a business plan and/or inventory pursuant to the <br />Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.95 of Division 20, shall be assigned a <br />"range" consisting of a "range-number" and a "range-letter" determined as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Range-Letter: The range-letter of a business shall be based upon the total <br />number of hazardous substance and hazardous waste categories listed on the <br />inventory of the business which is submitted to the City in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br /> <br />Number of materials listed <br /> <br />Range-l~tter <br /> <br />1-2 A <br />3-6 B <br />7 or more C <br /> <br />Range-number <br /> <br />The range-number of a business shall be based on the maximum quantity of all <br />hazardous materials present on the business premises at any one time in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Range-number <br /> <br />Quantity <br /> <br /> Gases Liquids Solids <br />(Cubic Feet) {Gallons) (Pounds) <br /> <br />I 200 to 1,000 55 to 1,000 500 to 1,000 <br /> <br />1,001 to 5,000 1,001 to 10,000 1,001 to 5,000 <br /> <br />3 Over 5,000 Over 10,000 Over 5,000 <br /> <br />The range-numbers of gases, liquids and solids on the business premises shall be <br />computed separately, and the highest range-number in any of the three categories <br />shall be the range-number of the business. <br /> <br /> <br />
