455 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 77 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CHANGING THE ADDRESS OF THE HARMON-McNEIL HOUSE <br /> ON THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REGISTER OF HISTORIC PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha has provided, in Chapter <br />30 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code for the maintenance of the City of Santa Aha <br />Register of Historical Property, to include such property as the City Council <br />determines to have architectural or historical significance in accordance with <br />the standards set forth in Section 30-2 of the said Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, designation of property as Historical Property promotes <br />rehabilitation by allowing the application of the State Historical Building <br />Code and, as to property within a historical rehabilitation area, by giving <br />eligibility for historical rehabilitation financing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the property set forth hereinafter has been designated as <br />Historical Property by the City Council by Resolution No. 83-128 when said <br />structure was located at 322 E. Chestnut; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to this Council action, said structure has been <br />relocated to 817 N. Lacy Street; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />that: <br /> <br />1. The following building is found to meet the standards for designation <br />as historical property set forth in Section 30-2 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code and has been designated as Historical Property, and is to be included <br />in the City of Santa Ana Register of Historical Property; with the location <br />changed from 322 E. Chestnut to 817 N. Lacy Street as shown below: <br /> <br /> Buildinq <br />Harmon-McNeil House <br /> <br /> Location <br />817 N. Lacy Street <br /> <br />2.
