PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit, <br />construct the following off-site street improvements: <br /> <br />s) ConsIruct a new drive approach on Village #ay <br /> Joining with the existing approach on'southerly <br /> property per City St·nd·rd #112C. <br /> <br />h) <br /> <br />Reconstruct the flares on the easterly drive <br />approach on McPadden Avenue to City Standard <br />#112C and realign the drive such that the flire <br />does not encroach more than five feet upon the <br />curb return. <br /> <br />c) Construct street tree wells and plant street <br /> trees ·s may be required per City St·nd·rd 124. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />The furnishing of ornament·l street lighting <br />with underground service may be · prerequisite. <br /> <br />to issuance of · building permit ·nd prior to <br />the release of utilities (occupancy). <br /> <br /> HIBIT l'' <br /> <br /> <br />
