in many cases, the character of existing <br />developments is a mixture of both residential and <br />commercial uses. The intent of the multi-use <br />designation is to allow the continuation of <br />residential uses along East S. anta Aha Boulevard. <br />Land uses in this area shall be addressed in a <br />specific plan that creates a functional <br />relationship between the commercial and residential <br />land uses that exist in this area. Other Multi-Use <br />Districts will be redesignated to residential or <br />commercial uses in subsequent, general plan <br />amendments. ~. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />O <br /> <br />General Commercial - 10w intensity commercial <br />uses such as office and service uses such as <br />dry cleaners, shoe repair, etc., that are <br />compatible with the low-medium density <br />residential character of the area.
