REL :mb(35) <br />1/17/89 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA TO AND <br />CALLING A JOINT ON THE <br />PROPOSED REDEVEL( 5AN FOR THE <br />BRISTOL CORR )PMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the <br />Santa Ana has prepared a <br />Bristol Corridor Redevel <br /> <br /> ment Commission of the City of <br />sed Redevelopment Plan for the <br /> Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />Redevelopment Law <br />authorizes a joint <br />Plan with the consen~ <br />Redevelopment <br /> <br /> 33355 of the California Community <br /> and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) <br /> c hearing on the proposed Redevelopment <br /> ,f the Redevelopment Commission, the <br />and the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, <br />the City ok S~ <br /> <br /> , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Ana as follows: <br /> <br />of the <br />calls a <br /> <br />ment <br />time <br />7:00 <br /> <br /> ity Council hereby consents to and, at the request <br /> .opment Commission and the Redevelopment Agency, <br /> public hearing of the Redevelopment Agency, the <br /> ~t Commission and the City Council in the Santa Ana <br /> ambers, to consider and act upon the proposed Redevelop- <br />and all documents and evidence pertaining thereto.
