RESOLUTION NO. 8927 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA CONSfIgTING TO <br />C~T.~.T~G A PU~.TC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />WIDENING OF WE~I~I~ AVt~UE FRCM <br />FAIRVIEW STREET TO EUCLID STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Agency of the City of Santa Aha has <br />p~oposed the widening of Westminster Avenue, from Fairview to ~uclid <br />Streets; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 771.119 of the Code of Federal Regulations, <br />(E~virormaental Impact and Related Procedures) authorizes a public hear- <br />ing O~ the proposed Street Widening plan and findings as stated in the <br />Envirorm~ntal Assessment document, with the consent of the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF <br />SA~PA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City (buneil hereby consents to and, at the request of <br />the Public Works Agency and the City of C~rden Grove, calls a public <br />he,ring in the Santa Aha City Council Chambers, to consider and act upon <br />the proposed Street Widening plan and all findings as stated in the <br />Enviror~aental Assessment document. The time and date of such public <br />hearing shall he April 17, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk for the City of Santa Ana shall, in cooper- <br />ation with the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency, prepare, <br />publish, and mail such notices and documents and do all other acts as <br />may he necessary to carry out the purposes of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
