RESOLUTION NO. <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />89- 0~7 <br /> <br />of the Assessment District and any zones therein, and the <br />proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land <br />within the District. ' <br /> <br />SECTION 4: That said proposed maintenance, servicing and <br />replacement, in the opinion of the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, will be to the benefit of all property lying within <br />the described boundaries of the proposed Assessment District as <br />said Assessment District is described and defined in said Eng- <br />ineer's Report; and that there is general public benefit derived <br />from the maintenance of the landscaping and street lighting. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: Notice hereby is given that on Junel9, 1989, at <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 20 <br />Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, all interested persons <br />may appear before the City Council and be heard concerning the <br />formation of the District, the extent of the District, the <br />services to be performed, the proposed assessment and all other <br />matters relating thereto. <br /> <br />SECTION 6~ Protests must be in writing and must be filed with <br />the Clerk of the Council prior to the conclusion of the hearing. <br />Any such protest shall state all grounds of objection and if <br />filed by a property owner shall contain a description sufficient <br />to identify the property owned by him or her. <br /> <br />SECTION 7: The Clerk of the Council shall cause notice of the <br />hearing to be given by causing this Resolution of Intention to be <br />published and mailed in the manner required by Part 2 of Division <br />15 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of , 1989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Janice C.
