RESOLUTION NO. 89-057 '263 REL:mb(30 6/9/89 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING A REVISED HOUSING ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA (GPA 89-6). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved a revised Housing Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Aha, numbered for reference purposes "GPA 89-6;" and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and considered the initial environmental sfudy and negative declaration prepared for such proposed revision of the Housing Element; and concurs Housing WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hearing, in the Planning Commission's approval of said revised Element; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The adoption of said revised Housing Element will not have a significant effect on the environment, and the negative declaration prepared for said revised Housing Element is hereby approved. 2. The revised Housing Element (GPA 89-6), in the form submitted to this Council this date, is hereby approved and adopted. 3. The Clerk of the Council is directed to certify the adoption of the revised Housing Element (GPA 89-6) on the face thereof and retain said certified document in her records to- gether with this resolution.
