RESOLUTION NO. 89-067 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />Dept. and Miscellaneous <br />Fee or Service <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT (Cont'd) <br /> Fee Schedule: <br /> <br />Unit Charge <br /> <br />Each submission of a business plan (as defined in Health and Safety <br />Code Section 25501) and each certification provided pursuant to Health <br />and Safety Code Section 25505(c) and each submission of an annual <br />inventory pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 25505(d) (other <br />than inventories which are submitted as part of a business plan or <br />certification) shall be accompanied by a fee based upon the "range" of <br />the subject business in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Range Fee <br /> <br />1-A $150.00 <br />1-B 175.00 <br />1-C 200.00 <br />1-D 300.00 <br />1-E 500.00 <br />2-A 200.00 <br />2-B 225.00 <br />2-C 250.00 <br />2-D 350.00 <br />2-E 550.00 <br />3-A 300.00 <br />3-B 325.00 <br />3-C 350.00 <br />3-D 450.00 <br />3-E 650.00 <br />4-A 450.00 <br />4-B 475.00 <br />4-C 500.00 <br />4-D 600.00 <br />4-E 800.00 <br /> <br />Service Stations Flat Fee of $75.00 <br /> <br />Add up the quantities of all the various chemicals (or materials) in each of <br />the three categories (gallons, cubic feet, pounds). Use the highest <br />quanitity of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the Number Range <br />(1, 2, 3, ...). <br /> <br />Count the number of chemicals (or materials) listed to determine the proper <br />Letter Range (A, B, C .... ). <br /> <br />Using the combined Ranged figures (Number and Letter, l-A, 2-C, etc.) <br />determine the proper fee from the schedule. <br /> <br /> <br />
