RESOLUTION NO. 89-106 REL:mb(24a) 9/25/89 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA (GPA 89-8) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, after duly noticed public hearing, approved an amendment to the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed and considered the initial environmental study and negative declaration prepared for such proposed General Plan amendment; and WHEREAS, this Council, after duly noticed public hear- ing, concurs in the Planning Commission's approval of said General Plan amendment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The adoption of the not have a significant effect declaration prepared for said said General Plan amendment will on the environment, and the negative amendment is hereby approved. 2. The "Land Use Plan" of the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended in the following particulars: That area designated as I on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby re- designated from the "Low Density Residential" category to the "Professional Administrative Office" category. bm That area designated as II on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby redesig- nated from the "High Density Residential" category to the "Professional Administrative Office" category. That area designated as III A on Exhibit C, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is here- by redesignated from the "High Density Resi- dential" category to the "Professional Admini- strative Office" category.
