A1]~man~ Faith Church Evangelical United Brethren. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br /> 20 and March 23, 1961, read~n~ of the Minutes was dispensed with <br /> approved c~motion of Counc~l-~- Gould, seconded by Brewer and carried. <br /> <br />The Mayor A~-ounced that this is DeMoley Civic Day and introduced Larry <br />Geodart representing the Mayor; John Cheney representing the Vice-Mayor; <br />Mike Sylvester representimg Counc~l-~n Gould; Rick Flower representing <br />Councilman Heinly; l~onI Lewis repre~senting Councilman Brewer; Bob <br />Taylor representing Carl J.
