<br />This being the date set for hearing on Application for Permit to operate an amuse-

<br />sented an Affidavit of Posting the "Notice of Proposed Amusement Center" along all i

<br />erty, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the
<br />

<br />Davis, Orange County Health Department, to Fire Chief John Garthe, reference the
<br />
<br />inspection for health, fire and panic safety of Kart-O-P~m~, Inc., and on motion
<br />of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the report was received and
<br />filed. Stanley R. Miller, owner of Town & Country Trailer Park, 3929 W. Fifth
<br />Street, stated the noise, dust and shouting from the Race Track has not been corral4
<br />
<br />ted and the track was operating illegally as provided in Municipal Code Section
<br />
<br />6358.6. Mr. Miller presented a petition with approximately 166 signatures pro-
<br />
<br />testing the operation of the Race Track, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seco~?
<br />dad by Heinly and carried, the petition was received and filed. Mr. Miller also
<br />
<br />presented a copy of letter dated February 7, 1961, and Minutes dated January 17,
