RESOLUTION NO. PAGE TWO 90-012 proposed district and assessed benefit derived, pursuant to Streets and Highway Code Section 22595. SECTION 3. That reference hereby is made to the report of the Engineer on file with the Clerk of the Council and open to inspection, for full detailed description of improvements, the boundaries of the Assessment District zones therein, and the proposed assessments upon ass~ parcels of land within the District. SECTION 4. That sail servicing and replacement, in the ,f the City of Santa Ana, will lying within the described District as said Asses~ defined in said Engineer's Re public benefit derived from landscaping and street lighting. SECTION 5. Notice given that on March 19, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in Council Chambers located at 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa , California, all interested persons may appear before the City Council and be heard concerning the formation of the District, the extent of the District, the services to be performed, the proposed assessment and all other matters relating thereto. Protests must be in writing and must be filed with the Clerk of the Council prior to the conclusion of the hearing. Any such protest shall state all grounds of the objection and if filed by the property owner shall contain a description sufficient to identify the property. SECTION 6. The Clerk of the Council shall cause notice of the hearing to be given by causing the Resolution of Intention to be published and mailed in the manner required by Part 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and Highways Code. SECTION 7. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
