RESOLUTION NO. <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />90-012 <br /> <br />proposed district and assessed benefit derived, pursuant to <br />Streets and Highway Code Section 22595. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That reference hereby is made to the report of the <br />Engineer on file with the Clerk of the Council and open to <br />inspection, for full detailed description of improvements, the <br />boundaries of the Assessment District zones therein, and <br />the proposed assessments upon ass~ parcels of land <br />within the District. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That sail servicing and <br />replacement, in the ,f the City of <br />Santa Ana, will lying within <br />the described District as <br />said Asses~ defined in said <br />Engineer's Re public benefit <br />derived from landscaping and street <br />lighting. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Notice given that on March 19, 1990, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. in Council Chambers located at 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Santa , California, all interested persons may <br />appear before the City Council and be heard concerning the <br />formation of the District, the extent of the District, the <br />services to be performed, the proposed assessment and all other <br />matters relating thereto. <br /> <br />Protests must be in writing and must be filed with the Clerk of <br />the Council prior to the conclusion of the hearing. Any such <br />protest shall state all grounds of the objection and if filed by <br />the property owner shall contain a description sufficient to <br />identify the property. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. The Clerk of the Council shall cause notice of the <br />hearing to be given by causing the Resolution of Intention to be <br />published and mailed in the manner required by Part 2 of Division <br />15 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption <br />of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
