RECORDING REQUESTED BY AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: Clerk of the Council City of Santa Ana 20 Civic Center Plaza Santa Ana, CA 92701 REL:mb(8) 2/2/90 RESOLUTION NO. 90-014 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA SUMMARILY VACATING AN UNUSED PORTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED AT 1714 WEST SANTA ANA BOULEVARD WHEREAS, this Council finds and determines that a certain portion of Santa Ana Boulevard, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, has always been impassable for vehicular travel for a period exceeding five consecutive years and that no public money has been expended for maintenance on such street portion during such period; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of ~ 2381 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, this Council does find and determine that the abovesaid street portion is not useful as a nonmotorized transDortation facility, as defined in ~ 156 of said Code; and WHEREAS, this Council finds and are no in-place public utility facilites portion; and determines that there in theabovesaid street NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 33 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and, in particular, Section 8334 thereof, that portion of Santa Ana Boulevard in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is, under the facts hereinabove recited, hereby vacated, and from the date this resolution is recorded in the office of the Recorder of Orange County, shall no longer constitute a street or any portion thereof.
