<br />from the Orange County Law Building, for street easement on Birch Street, north of
<br />Eighth Street; and from The Santa And Valley Irrigation Company, quitclaiming an

<br />easement to construct, maintain and operate a pipe line for the conveyance of
<br />
<br />water west fr~m King Street to the Santa And River at Eighth Street, was considered.
