<br />Communication was presented from the President, Downtown Santa Ana Association,
<br />
<br />stating it is the desire of the property owners and retail business establishments
<br />
<br />to have downtown Santa Ana remain the major shopping center of the County, and
<br />
<br />requesting that the improvement of the street illumination be included in the annual
<br />
<br />budget to cover the entire Central Business District; also requesting closer coor-
<br />
<br />dination with the County Supervisors to improve the ingress and egress streets
<br />
<br />leading into the area, and suggesting a north bounl off-ramp at 4th Street from
<br />
<br />the Santa Ana Freeway be considered by the State Highway Department. On motion of
